Water Jet Cutting

Our Waterjet department features a Flow Waterjet Cutting machine with an 72” x 144” table for exceptional cut quality in materials one-sixteenth to over eight inches thick. Cutting with a 5-axis head for tighter tolerances and a greater accuracy range, we can cut virtually any material leaving a satinsmooth edge with no heat affected edges. There are no costly secondary finishing processes required, while maintaining the raw materials structural integrity. We can cut metal, stone, plastic, composite, glass, ceramic, rubber or wood.
